Our guarantee

Customer choice and satisfaction is our main aim. We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund (excluding packing & delivery) provided that you return them to us undamaged and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Payment methods

All prices are inclusive of postage, packing and VAT. All orders must be paid for in advance of mailing. We accept cheques, NoChex and PayPal. Cheques should be made payable to Contact PR Consultants. Goods are sent once the cheque has cleared. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery.

Despatch

All damage to the item must be reported to Signing Stars within two days of receipt. All return, except for authenticity reasons must be within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Good are inclusive of all mail and shipping costs. All returns must be undamaged and have the original receipt (or a copy) with the item.

Shipping

All mail order goods purchased are inclusive of insurance of up to £5,000 transported in the UK.

Authenticity

Every signed item is accompanied by a lifetime guarantee and a COA from Signing Stars OR the company that procured the item.

Returns Policy

All returns, except for authenticity reasons must be within 7 days of receipt of purchase. No refunds given on discounted or sale items.
